Nana & Bird

Having bought a cassette tape brooch myself at Blueprint 2011, I was invited to the first anniversary celebration of Local Brand Nana & Bird who sources unique wares from overseas and brings them to Singapore in addition to collaborating with other designers such as The J.Myers Company to create their inhouse leatherwares and accessories.

I like quirkiness found in their designs from the light bulb earrings to the mambo jambo mix of safety pins and other knick knacks necklace pictured here. I must say their forte lies in their jewellery items especially their rings which were hot sellers at the party & preview. Those who find the much famed Collier de Chien Cuff Bracelet from Hermes too expensive an option should take a good consideration of Nana & Bird’s Range of Studded Leather Cuffs with Fuzz Design shown here. Priced at $115 it is definitely an affordable alternative to up your street cred and join the ranks of other cuff wearers today Hermes or not!
