Have you ever been in a situation where you looked at a shoe and wondered that it would be a perfect pair if only a particular colour or material was part of it? Well look no further with Prada’s Made-To-Order Micro Soles Lace-up Project.

Since its debut on the Prada Spring-Summer 2011 runway, the design has become one of the most iconic and recognizable shoe styles of the luxury fashion house’s extensive footwear collection. This is attributable to Miuccia Prada’s artistic footwear concept to provide a creative twist to the old-fashioned men’s brogue by introducing a wide range of customizable colours as well as materials for the shoe soles and uppers.

While the ladies got first pick to this service in 2014, fret no longer for this April the guys can finally choose from 17 one-tone (consisting of 9 calf, 2 in denim, 2 in camouflage and 4 in crocodile) or 12 different combinations of three-tone leather uppers and 3 types of shoe soles (micro rubber, rubber and rope and diamond-textured rubber) in 10 different coloured combinations. To further value-add to creating your very own personalized pair you can also have your initials stamped in amber gold on the insole.

The project kicks off at Prada’s Paragon Singapore store from 17th to 23rd April 2017 with prices ranging from S$1,980 for a brushed calf leather shoe to S$5,750 for a pair in exotic crocodile leather.
